1. Who we are

The website vinodicapri.it is operated by Cantina Isola di Capri Srl, registered office at Via Trieste e Treno 28, 80071 Anacapri (Na), P.IVA 08033701213.

2. Products and availability

We sell wines and related accessories. Descriptions and images are for guidance only: minor variations in vintage/label do not affect quality. Prices and availability may change without notice; actual availability is confirmed at the time of order.

3. Prices, VAT and invoicing

  • Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT; VAT is calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
  • Italy: 22% VAT on products and shipping.
  • European Union (consumers – B2C): VAT of the destination country applies (OSS regime), on products and shipping.
  • Non-EU (e.g., USA, UK): transaction not subject to Italian VAT; any local duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.
  • Invoices are issued on request: please email info@vinodicapri.it with full billing details.

4. Shipping, costs and delivery times

  • We ship within Italy, the EU and outside the EU via selected couriers.
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight and destination (some areas such as minor islands have dedicated rates). Shipping costs are shown exclusive of VAT.
  • Estimated times (business days): Italy 1–3, EU 3–7, Non-EU 5–15. Public holidays, customs inspections or force majeure may extend these times.
  • For Non-EU shipments, any import duties and taxes are payable by the customer to the carrier/customs upon delivery.

5. Payments

We accept: credit card / bank transfer / PayPalThe order is confirmed once payment is successful.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason. To exercise the withdrawal right, email info@vinodicapri.it indicating the order number.

  • Products must be intact, unopened and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • We will refund the product price only (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving and checking the return.
  • Exclusions: returns of opened/damaged or personalized bottles are not accepted.

For Non-EU customers, local withdrawal rules apply; please contact us before proceeding.

7. Damaged or non-conforming products

If the parcel shows visible damage, please sign the delivery note subject to inspection and email info@vinodicapri.it within 48 hours attaching photos of packaging and bottles. We will arrange a replacement or refund subject to availability.

8. Limits and liability

  • Sales are reserved for adults (18+). We may request age verification and refuse/cancel non-compliant orders.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • We are not liable for delays attributable to couriers, customs or force majeure.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For EU consumers, the mandatory consumer protections provided by local law remain unaffected.
